1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the qkpk platform, accessible at qkpk.io and its associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, and any other digital properties operated by qkp k ("qkpk", "we", "us", "our"). qkpk is an online betting and casino gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh, offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and related services denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms govern the relationship between qkpk and each registered user ("you", "your", "the Player") and set out the rules, rights, and obligations applicable to all use of the platform. These Terms should be read alongside qkpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and qkpk.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the qkpk platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact qkpk support before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with qkpk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. qkpk strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You are a natural person and are not acting on behalf of any third party, corporation, or legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gambling activity is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction preventing you from doing so.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close relative of qkpk or any of its affiliated entities, technology partners, or game providers.
• You have not previously had a qkpk account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

qkpk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or other official identification. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the qkpk platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, qkpk will close all accounts associated with that individual and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in the forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

qkpk applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and financial integrity obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary by qkpk. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address where required. All documents are handled in accordance with qkpk's Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. qkpk will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qkpk support immediately. qkpk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qkpk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied by qkpk.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your qkpk wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. qkpk does not charge internal fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the wallet section of the platform. qkpk aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within one to five business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Wagering Requirements

Funds received as part of a bonus or promotional offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each offer are communicated at the time the promotion is presented. Real-money deposits that are not associated with a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

qkpk reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet verification requirements. In such cases, qkpk will endeavour to notify the player and provide reasons where legally permissible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

qkpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to major events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, or per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• qkpk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.
• qkpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with notice where practicable.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the qkpk platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market as displayed within the platform. By placing a bet, you accept the applicable rules for that event or game. In cases of ambiguity or dispute, qkpk's decision on the application of rules is final, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 13.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the rules published within the sportsbook section. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet placement. Pre-game odds are locked at the time of bet acceptance. In-play odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. qkpk reserves the right to void bets placed on events where odds were published in error or where an event result is uncertain due to circumstances beyond qkpk's control.

6.3 Casino & Slots

All casino games — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and virtual table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live studio feeds from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming. Game-specific rules and return-to-player (RTP) information are available within each game's information panel. qkpk does not modify game outcomes.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or game entry. qkpk reserves the right to apply individual player-level stake restrictions where necessary for risk management purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qkpk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment details, providing false identity information, or engaging in any form of financial deception.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable financial compliance obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other competitive format.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human intervention.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic betting patterns, multi-accounting, or other methods designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks after funds have been used for betting or gaming activity.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward qkpk staff or other players via any communication channel.

qkpk reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to take appropriate action, up to and including permanent closure, where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

8. Responsible Gaming

qkpk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, qkpk encourages players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within every account:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage spending.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders and alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend betting and gaming activity for a defined period without closing the account.
• Self-exclusion: Request a voluntary permanent account closure if you feel you are unable to control your gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the qkpk platform or its content for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the express prior written consent of qkpk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qkpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, server downtime, payment processing delays, or errors in odds or game results where those errors are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.

qkpk's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by qkpk's negligence to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Amendments

qkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, qkpk will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through qkpk's internal complaints procedure — which players must exhaust first by contacting support — may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
